Dividend income is the very reason my blog exists. I track my dividend income for several reasons. It motivates me to increase my earnings by buying more dividend paying investments. It provides transparency into which months pay a higher income and it shows the trend of income over the years. Dividend income is easily my favorite way to generate passive income with very little to no upfront work.
